There are two ways in which you can install PHP composer on Rocky Linux 8.

Install PHP Composer on Rocky Linux 8 Locally for Specific Project

• Navigate to Program’s directory

To install PHP composer on Rocky Linux 8 as part of your specific program, navigate to the program’s directory.
