On this occasion what stands out is the update of the supplied software for a multipurpose system capable of covering “desktops, servers, containers and virtualized workloads” .
As usual in the Leap branch of the distribution, users who wish to can migrate to SUSE Linux Enterprise (SLE) keeping the containers and workloads under the same conditions.
