The problem was the firewall, so fix using following steps ;

Step1 : Allow udp port in Firewall, using following command;

sudo ufw allow 1714:1764/udp
firewall-ufw-allow-udp

Step2 : Allow Tcp Port in Firewall, Using Following Command;

sudo ufw allow 1714:1764/tcp
ufw-allow-tcp-port

Step3 : Finally Reload Ufw Firewall;

sudo ufw reload
ufw-reload-firewall

After doing 3 of steps lets check GSConnect ;
